What happens if I delete my user?

A new user will be created in the groups you played in, with no reference to your previous account and a generic name ('deleteduser03'), which substitutes your previous user.

The matches you played with the other players, who remain in the group, are not deleted - they just lose any specific connection with you.

Leaving a group via user deletion is not reversible.

If you quit, you won't be able to recover your stats from archived matches.
