How can I add a ghost to a group?

An admin can add up to 50 ghosts to a Plus group only through the webapp, with the appropriate item in the group's editing page. Later, ghosts created this way can be entered into matches through all of rankade's interfaces (webapp, Android app, iOS app).

Unlike regular users, ghosts cannot be created as you enter a match: you can only use ghosts you previously created by editing the group.
